If you have questions about your invoice, insurance, or anything else billing-related, simply use the calendar below to schedule a quick 15-minute call with our billing team. While we don’t offer live answering, this allows us to give you our full attention and ensure you get the support you need. We look forward to connecting with you!

How to Schedule a Billing Call:

  1. Click the calendar link below.

  2. Complete a brief form to share your billing question in advance and provide 1-2 contact phone numbers.

  3. Select a time that’s convenient for you.

  4. You’ll receive an email confirming your appointment and a reminder email before your scheduled time slot.

  5. Our billing specialist will attempt to call you twice during your appointment window. Please note: Due to remote work, your call may come from the Thriving Minds office line or from a "private" number.

  6. If you need to reschedule, you can do so directly through the confirmation or reminder email.

  7. If none of the available times work for you, please email us at billing@thrivingminds.info with a few alternative options (Monday–Friday) that might fit your schedule. While we can’t guarantee availability, we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
